Stock Exchange Listings

Small companies with big prospects and ambitions are our specialty. You do not need a huge budget and you do not need to give two thirds of your company away.

Reasons for wanting to list on a Stock Exchange are many and varied. Some of the more common ones are as follows:-

  • To fund expansion of existing business

  • To raise capital for acquisitions

  • To commence new products / services or open new branches

  • To sell down your share of the business

  • To gain stature and credibility in the market place

  • To facilitate investment in your business by your suppliers and customers

  • As a means of establishing a beachhead in a new market

Some businesses that we talk to are satisfied with listing on a smaller exchange while others see it as a stepping stone to listing on a main Board or even overseas.

A little known Compliance Listing on a smaller Exchange will suit many small and medium size businesses. While we currently will assist with listings in New Zealand (and to a lesser extent Australia) this service is not restricted to existing companies in these countries. Other countries in Asia are presently expressing interest due to high costs and 'rip-offs' claimed elsewhere. Biggest is not necessarily best.

If you are looking for an IPO rather than just a Compliance Listing we may be prepared to help with this also. Our in-house expertise has been heavily involved in more than a dozen prospectus in 4 jurisdictions in this part of the world.

While assisting you with the listing process we will also examine such things as your existing structure and business plan to ensure you end up in a strong position.
